Since its birth in 2008, KSIGMA has maintained sustained growth in the logistics sector, materialized by a team of professionals who, for almost three decades, have specialized in Solution Management, Business Logistics, Transportation and Foreign Trade. What is being an entrepreneur?
The entrepreneurial gene does not give rise to inactivity in any of its forms. Concern, meticulousness and passion are some of the characteristics that gave rise to the company 14 years ago, and which remain today, providing a service proposal based on the relationship of trust established with customers and the consequent personalized schematization of services for each project.
For this reason, and despite the vicissitudes of an adverse local context, Carlos Benítez is the visible face of the new business generation. “We have been on a growth plan for some years now.
Our bet is to increase the network of contacts that we have, devise campaigns and establish links to grow systematically as we have planned”, he affirms in a projection of what will be next year.
How did they overcome the pandemic?
Although the pandemic affected part of the plans in the past, resilience was a decisive factor that drove structural changes in the business model. “This is an area that eminently moves with interpersonal relationships. We rely on human relations to forge a bond with those who contract our services”, she assures.
In this way, Ksigma also opens the doors of his company every year and lends the most precious capital with his contribution and participation of the Garrahan Foundation Recycling and Environment Program, which adds to the daily management of the company solidarity actions that contribute to society and consolidate its commitment and professionalism.
What do you project for 2023?
Based on this premise, the projection now is to explore new frontiers: “We have a national coverage where the focus is Buenos Aires with a radius of approximately 150 kilometers and now we are aiming to develop our presence in Córdoba, Mendoza and Misiones where we already have some operations underway.
Although inflation and the value of the dollar will be two strong determining factors that will determine the pulse of the coming year, the planning of a project in the medium and long term remains latent to offer a faster and more efficient distribution service, keeping up with the demands of a sector in constant movement.
To what do you attribute the constant growth?
We are constantly growing, because we form an alliance with our clients, internalizing their business, we understand their needs and particularities from within. Thus, we design efficient solutions to develop a more profitable operation, adjusting strategies to provide customized solutions, configuring reliable networks taking into account transport and special operations. We profess personalized attention every day of the week, 24 hours a day, maintaining a single interlocutor with information in real time.
