The Athletic reports that the Lakers, Timberwolves and Jazz may move players.

Los Angeles Lakers, Minnesota Timberwolves and Lauri Markkanen The Utah Jazz are tuning up a three-way trade, by The Athletic’s NBA editors Shams Charania and Tony Jones based on their sources.
In the store D’Angelo Russell would move from the Timberwolves to the Lakers, Russell Westbrook From the Lakers to the Jazz and Mike Conley Jr. From the Jazz to the Timberwolves.
In addition to Westbrook, the Jazz would get a reserve round, “possibly even a first-round pick,” said The Athletic.
Westbrook, 34, was named regular season MVP in 2016-17. He has appeared as many as nine times in the all-star game and has won both the points (2015 and 2017) and assists (2018, 2019 and 2021) kings in his career.
This season, Westbrook has only played three times in the Lakers’ starting lineup. The average score is 15.9.
