ON reservation you can go to the Bakkerswinkel for no fewer than four types high tea,including the real English scones with clotted cream and lemon curd. But also small sandwiches, cakes, quiches and petit glacés are displayed on cozy etagères. Of course with a large pot, served from grandmother’s teapot.
