14.20 p.m. – Short track: 1,500 meters men
In the men’s short tack, the winners will be crowned over the 1,500 meter distance without German starters. The favourites: Ren Ziwei (China), Semen Elistratow (Russian Olympic Committee), Jang Hyuk Park (South Korea) and Sjinkie Knegt (Netherlands).
From 1:45 p.m. onwards, the women’s 3,000-meter relay race will see them through to the semi-finals. Over the 1,000 meters (from 12.44 p.m.) the round of 16 will be held first.
2.35 p.m.: Tobogganing: doubles 2nd run
Tobias Wendl/Tobias Arlt, the 2018 Olympic champions, are competing for victory in tobogganing. The duo Toni Eggert/Sascha Benecken is also reaching for a medal.
