Internal audits have revealed an entire system of misappropriation. The embezzlement had been going on for years and at the head of the system was the employee of the purchasing department, who was fired last week.
A spokesperson for FN Herstal confirms the information to Sudinfo. “We have indeed identified a person who had set up a system of embezzlement and false invoices. That person managed everything related to the supply of the company, in the broadest sense of the word, and was fired last week for misconduct. We have filed a complaint directly with an investigating judge.”
