It is a kind of film that Wubkje Kuindersma creates in her head, she explains. “I saw dance in my head as a child. When I heard music, I envisioned entire dances. And that is actually just choreography, but you don’t think of that when you are a child. I am very visual, because I also see the stage image and the costumes. That’s why I always say I dream with my eyes open.”
