During the broadcast on November 25, 2022, the “ZDF Magazin Royale” showed a poster that, in the style of the wanted posters from the German Autumn of 1977, showed photos of people who were wanted – only the fantasy picture didn’t show any terrorists , but journalists, politicians and comedians. “Die Welt” publisher Stefan Aust has obtained an injunction against the distribution of this poster (ROLLING STONE is a partner of “Die Welt”). ZDF then removed the episode from the media library. (Status 05.01.23, 16:00)
? The FREEDOM TERRORISTS continue to murder: WeLT leader Stefan Aust (similar to picture) has the ZDF Magazin Royale from 25.11.2022 canceled by the Comedy District Court of Hamburg by means of an injunction!

“ZDF Magazin Royale” moderator Jan Böhmermann had also distributed the poster on his Twitter account before the show was broadcast. Christian Lindner, Franca Lehfeldt and Dieter Nuhr were also shown on it. Instead of Aust, a photo of the actor Volker Bruch, who played him in the film “The Baader Meinhof Complex”, was shown. Aust also wrote the non-fiction book of the same name about the Red Army Faction (RAF).
Aust has now obtained an injunction against the ZDF broadcast. Because the person seen on the poster is not Stefan Aust, but this is suggested to the viewer, there is a violation of personal rights with the distribution. The Hamburg Higher Regional Court has now followed this argument.
The picture is still online on Böhmermann’s Twitter account.
A $100,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the suspect. The legal process is excluded.
