Bonduelle, the French producer of frozen and canned vegetables, is under heavy fire. Internet users are calling for a boycott of the brand’s products after remarkable images appeared on the Russian social network VKontakte, allegedly of soldiers receiving food packages from Bonduelle. The company would also have wished them “a quick victory”. Bonduelle admits sending baskets to Russia’s “most deprived” but denies any link to the Russian military and the war in Ukraine.
