VINYL & WEIN: The podcast with good music, good wine and great conversations

What do LPs, good wine and profound conversations have in common? That’s right, you need time for all three of these things… time to enjoy, time to unfold. Vinyl, wine and intimate conversations – that’s what the new podcast format also brings VINYL & WINE together. Moderator Boris Rogosch invites well-known guests to his studio. The big topics are on the agenda: life, music — and of course enjoyment.

This is how VINYL & WINE works

The highlight: the guests bring their own LPs. They present albums that have influenced them, songs that have been important in their lives – and chat out of the box. In the case of musical guests, these are sometimes their own records, about the creation of which they tell exciting anecdotes. But the music of others also plays an important role in the show, music by David Bowie, Kate Bush, Fleetwood Mac or James Taylor, for example. In return, the VINYL & WEIN team serves a carefully curated selection of good wines. The perfect basis for equally insightful and entertaining conversations – the previous editions have impressively demonstrated how well this works. The podcast community is thrilled: VINYL & WEIN is rated 4.7 out of 5 stars on Apple Music and even 4.8 out of 5 points on Spotify.

VINYL & WEIN: The prominent guests so far

The choice of guests is by no means limited to musicians. So far, guests have included Alphaville mastermind Marian Gold, NDW legend Joachim Witt, jazz trumpeter Nils Wülker, singer/songwriter Wilhelmine, but also actress Maria Ketikidou and Hamburg master sommelier Hendrik Thoma. All conversations always had one thing in common: depth, wit and a high entertainment value. The current episode with Peter Schilling shows that not only wine lovers get their money’s worth, but that one or the other special beer is sometimes served.
