Evina came back really strong after his injuries in the second half, and the scorers speak for themselves. Of course he is far too good for the 4th division and it was clear that this would not be a permanent situation.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a place at the moment, because alongside Teuchert, Nielsen and Beier, Weydandt is also showing improved form. Giving him playing time in favor of our jewel Tresoldi would understandably not be an option either.
I’m delighted that Evina has found a club with prospects of playing in League 2. With the talent and his training, one can only wish Sandhausen that he stays injury-free.
