After an alleged case of traffic aggression by ships mobility Zwevegem: “The police took pictures of my bruises”

At the end of October, the alderman of Mobility followed the woman to work, after she had not given him priority from the right. The woman is now telling her story for the first time.

Bruising

The victim tells how she was followed to her work in Zwevegem: she did not know that the man was a ship. He came into the locker room. “He pushed me against the cupboards, the wall and against the sink: with serious bruises as a result,” says the woman who also filed a complaint against the ships.

The woman has been incapacitated for a month and a half and has to go to the physiotherapist. “I take antidepressants and have to take pills to sleep.”

Eyewitness

Another eyewitness tells how the ships were upset. “He was very aggressive, spoke Dutch and French mixed up. We thought he was under the influence of alcohol or drugs.”

“He called the police and said he works for the municipality. He wanted us to apologize. Which was absurd, because he had followed her and attacked her.” According to the woman, she had indeed not given way to the ships from the right and had raised her hand in the car to apologize.

“Not Beaten”

On Tuesday, Marc Desloovere said in our news that he had not physically assaulted the woman. Today he refers to his lawyer for further comment.

The latter says that there has been a “skirmish” in the dressing room in which “the ships defended themselves”.

An investigation is underway.
