High-flyer Kramer leads
The front runner at halftime is the Austrian World Cup leader Marita Kramer, who landed the best distance with 94 meters. Two Slovenians follow in second and third place with Nika Krizna (+ 3.0 points) and Ema Klinec (+ 4.3 points). Althaus is 7.2 points behind Kramer. The second round starts at 5:32 p.m.
Also Seyfarth, Rupprecht and Hessler in the final
Of the other five German jumpers, three made it to the finals of the top 30 – but the trio has nothing to do with the top places. In a German-German duel, Juliane Seyfarth from Thuringia (82.0 meters) prevailed against Selina Freitag (79.5 meters) from Saxony and is now in 25th place. Friday was eliminated as 31st. Anna Rupprecht prevailed against the Czech Karolina Indrachkova with 79.5 meters and is 26th, Pauline Hessler also prevailed against the Japanese Yuki Ito with 79.5 meters and made it into the final in 29th.
Vogt misses the final
Like Friday, Carina Vogt also missed the final. The 2014 Olympic champion only reached 75.5 meters and was 47th. The Oberstdorf woman has a long training deficit – in the summer she was barely able to go to the hill after an operation.
