Trade unions De Lijn take action after aggression against bus driver

They say so in a joint communication.

According to the trade unions, the reason is a case of aggression last week on a bus in Bruges, where a man had attacked the driver. That is why they want to sensitize travelers.

In Bruges happens around 12:00 at the station, in Kortrijk Tuesday from 7.30 am at the station.

“There is currently no more than asking for understanding,” the unions say.

“We are stepping up the dialogue with the management and hope that changes to the safety plan at De Lijn, which dates back to 2006, will soon be made. Today’s society is no longer that of yesterday.”
