The parents of Ishan (2.5) – the child of whom a photo has been circulated in which he is tied to his bed with tape – have filed a complaint with the police against the nursery ‘Mippie en Moppie 2’ in Keerbergen. Mama Ishori first saw the infamous photo on Thursday when she was invited by the police for questioning.
