Silvo remembers his own TTK journey fondly, even though he didn’t win.
– This (semi-final) is a really great stage, because the teachers no longer have to be nervous all the time, but they can bring their own skills to the fore.

Silvo celebrated his 60th birthday in August. Aging doesn’t seem oppressive to Silvo, on the contrary.
– This feels wonderful! It’s amazing how people in their twenties always say they worry so much about everything because they want to be perfect and they think about what other people think of them. People in their forties start to realize that it doesn’t matter what other people think, Silvo starts.
– Only then in your sixties do you become free and realize that no one has really ever been interested in what I do. Let it burn! Now you can’t worry anymore, says Silvo.
