After only two and a half years, Michael Cuisance at Bayern is over. The midfielder has apparently found a new club.
For days the sparrows have been whistling Michael Cuisance’s Bayern-Aus from the rooftops, now everything is going very quickly.
After “Sky” had recently reported that the 22-year-old will finally leave the German soccer record champions in January, transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio is now providing further information.
Accordingly, Cuisance has already decided on a new employer. The Frenchman had FC Venezia, who plays in Serie A, and CSKA Moscow from the first Russian league to choose from.
According to Di Marzio, Cuisance is hiring in Italy. The modalities with the club from Venice have therefore already been clarified. The only thing missing is the medical check. Then the transfer should be announced.
In response to a “dpa” request, FC Venezia announced that the change could not be officially confirmed before the start of the transfer window on January 3rd.
FC Bayern: Cuisance transfer fee lower than expected
According to the report, between three and four million euros will flow into Bayern’s account as a transfer for Cuisance. Previously there were low double-digit million sums in the range of ten to twelve million euros. It is quite possible that success-related additional payments will be made.
When he moved in the summer of 2019, Munich paid eight million euros for the then Gladbacher, who was loaned to Olympique Marseille for a season in Ligue 1 after an unconvincing first year, but did not find his luck there either.
In total, the Frenchman only made 13 competitive appearances for FC Bayern. In the current season there is a short stint in the Bundesliga and almost half time against Bremer SV in the DFB-Pokal. In addition, Cuisance drew attention to itself with indiscipline.
According to the latest reports, it should have been his last appearances for the record champions.
