The Swiss luxury group Richemont, which owns brands such as Cartier, Chloé and Montblanc, has appointed Patricia Gandji to the group’s executive board in her roles as Chief People Officer and CEO of the regions. She takes up her role on (today) November 11th.
Patricia Gandji will continue to report to Jérôme Lambert, Chief Executive Officer of Richemont and member of the Board of Compagnie Financière Richemont SA.
Patricia Gandji has almost 30 years of experience in various management positions and international experience in the luxury industry. She began her career in the fashion industry in Italy and Germany, joining Richemont in 2007 where she held a number of key positions at Cartier until 2016, first as Retail Director Northern Europe in Germany before being promoted to Managing Director Northern Europe in 2008.
In 2014 she moved to Geneva to become Managing Director Europe, Middle East & Africa. In 2017, Gandji joined Richemont in Geneva as Group CEO of Regions, expanding her role in 2020 to eventually assume responsibility as Chief People Officer.
