Last Saturday two kittens were dumped in a parking lot near the Balloërveld. One of the animals was already dead when the police arrived. The other was so neglected that he had to be put down.
These are Maine Coon kittens. This is one of the largest cat breeds in existence.
Later, the police received a report of dead kittens. This time it was five.
A dead lizard was also found.
