Serious accident on Saturday evening in Brandenburg!
On the way to a celebration, four young people from Barnim in Brandenburg rushed at high speed on Landstraße 30 near Altlandsberg (Märkisch-Oderland district). In a curve, the car touched a curb.
The driver no longer managed to get the car under control and threw himself off the road – directly against an avenue tree.
The forces at work were so enormous that the body became a trap for the four occupants: only the fire brigade was able to separate the doors from the vehicle with heavy equipment and free the occupants.
According to initial information, three young people were injured, some of them seriously. They were taken to nearby hospitals. The driver was the only one who got out of the vehicle unharmed. A check of the breath alcohol level and a rapid drug test were negative.
The police recorded the accident and filed complaints against the driver for negligent bodily harm.
