Curling: preliminary round mixed doubles
On Friday (from 1.35 a.m.) the curlers will continue to slide the stones over the ice in the mixed doubles. Seven encounters are on the program. Sweden, Australia, Canada, Italy, Norway, the Czech Republic, China, Great Britain, Switzerland and the USA are required.
German teams are not at the start. Both the men and women failed to qualify for Beijing.
Ice hockey: preliminary round group A and B
In ice hockey, women are on the ice in the preliminary round. Russia meets Switzerland. And Denmark on China. Germany is not represented here either.
