The company behind the Amsterdam coffee shop chain ‘The Bulldog’ has seized 49 million euros from energy drink producer Red Bull. The Dutch coffee shop may still have a huge compensation from the Austrian brand, but Red Bull wanted to get rid of that seizure through summary proceedings. The Amsterdam court does not agree.
