The dirty bomb attack will be carried out with an Iskander missile detonated just north of Kiev. This can be concluded from the increasingly concrete accusations that Russia is making. It attributes those plans to Ukraine. But it does so with photos that make it to Mexico, and even NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg openly says that “Moscow is accusing others of what it is going to do itself”.
