Den Helder Suns was unable to beat Yoast United. It was 80-93 for the basketball players from Bemmel in their own Sporthal Sportlaan. The Suns missed four basic players, but it remained even until the break. In the second half of the game, Yoast struck.
In the first quarter it was the Pole Wietze Nossek who made several three-pointers. That made it 19-26 for Yoast United. After that it remained an even battle and Den Helder came back a little better: 40-46.
The basketball players from Bemmel struck hard in the third quarter: 58-72. The margin was narrowed slightly in the last part, but the defeat was not averted: 80-93.
