A judge grants a disability that the INSS denied to a patient with fibromyalgia of 95 out of 100

The Social Court number 31 of Barcelona has granted the absolute permanent disability to a man with a fibromyalgia of 95 points out of 100 to whom the Social Security I had him denied the benefit.

In September 2021, the INSS ruled that the man had fibromyalgia and depressive disorder not specified nor incapacitating, resolution that was ratified in February 2022.

The report of the INSS medical court obviated his pathologies, but the defense demonstrated during the trial with medical reports from the Mollet del Vallès and Granollers hospitals that the man suffered from severe fibromyalgic syndrome with severe vital impairment, 95 points out of 100, severe major depressive disorder with cluster C personality traits and cerebellar atrophy.
