Up to 10,000 people can be present at large national events outdoors with a maximum occupancy rate of 50 percent.
Indoors, the permissible occupancy rate is “maximum 30 percent of the respective maximum capacity, but no more than a total of 4000 spectators,” according to the decision available to the German Press Agency, which is binding for the federal states, but still applies to the Corona regulations must be adopted.
