Romina, why are you characterized in doing what “the other doesn’t like”?
Approving procedures for the start of works was always a task for managers, who went with a folder full of papers under their arms, to appear before the municipality and request permits. Currently, with the modernization of systems, the digitalization of procedures is a fact; not only do you need to have a project, but you have to be professionally involved with the system. We make municipal procedures an art. These tasks take an enormous number of hours in front of computer systems. We are an operations center, where we link everything necessary to complete these tasks.

The studio works as a partner of other It isArchitecture Studios, Real Estate Developers and Construction Companies, giving a focus to the streamlining of management in municipal processing. Also to those who need to solve a problem, regularization or authorization.

We are professionals, architects who we manage trust and we manage the procedures; from the project to obtaining the permits, the necessary procedures to start the work, as well as the final ones and subdivisions.
How do they put it into practice?
We offer the client from the constructive feasibility, that is, the tent of what can be built, and we offer project options. Once the architecture is defined, the projects are carried out, for fire, electrical, sanitary and thermomechanical installations, among others. Then all the orders, certificates and forms necessary for the entry of the file are carried out.
What makes them different from the rest?
We have more than 1,550 successful case studies. We are architects dedicated to management design, we know perfectly the urban and building code. As the work does not end with the municipal plan approval process, now the real work begins: we offer a permanent assistance service. Since it began, the work has been permanently registered and inspected at different stages of construction. Construction, both physically and virtually, needs to be fed with documentation and municipal information. Thus we carry out a management system called as our company, COMMAR, which is a comprehensive construction management program, where the DDO Architect knows online the status of all the evolutionary stages of municipal and management documentation, at the addresses of DGROC, GDFYCO and the AGC. We anticipate the possible problems or faults that may occur in the future and we provide technical support so that you can carry out the work without brakes due to lack of information or documentation.
Who is Romina Lo Conte personally?
I am 41 years old, I grew up in Mar del Plata until I was 17 years old. Passionate about Kite Surfing, Golf and Motorcycling. I love Rally Racing, DAKAR type. I am a lover of extreme sports and powerlifting. But my biggest hobby is my job. I am Master of works, received and enrolled in the year 1999; Architect, received and enrolled in 2009; and University Professor, from 2005 to 2021, in technical subjects such as Structures, Constructions, and Installations.
