Antonio Guterres has called on the world to take action at the upcoming COP27 climate summit to save the human race. The UN Secretary-General issued the appeal from UN headquarters in New York, as part of the opening ceremony of a preparatory summit in Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo. “It is a matter of life or death. About our security today and about our survival tomorrow,” said Guterres.
