The Volleyball Bundesliga in crisis! After Corona, only nine teams take part, one of which is the junior national team, which only plays out of competition every two years.
Kaweh Niroomand (69), manager of BR Volleys, wants to change that. His suggestion: “We need more locations in larger cities.”
His suggestion: “I would like the Netzhoppers KW to move to the big hall in Potsdam. The SC Potsdam women missed the championship by one ball, so there is potential there.”
Should KW and SCP merge? “No, but you can use the structures that are there, also in the media. This is how you can push the Bundesliga. We’ll need 14 teams in the future.” Kaweh hasn’t talked to KW about it yet…
