North African cuisine won the Finnish Best Lunch competition.

Satama Bar & Bistro, located in Kalasatama, Helsinki, has been voted the best lunch restaurant in Finland. The restaurant won the open vote in Edenred’s Best Lunch in Finland competition, which was organized this year for the fourth time.
– Votes were given to more than 5,100 restaurants in more than 440 locations this year, which is really great, says Edenred Finland’s responsibility director Laura Kuusela.
The winner of the competition, Satama Bar & Bistro, serves North African food, and the restaurant’s forte is a colorful and vegetarian lunch.
– Victory is a wonderful thing for us. A big thank you to Satama’s chef and the entire team, as well as to all the voters. Our slogan has been ‘together we are more’. Soon we will celebrate, rejoices the restaurateur Habi Saini in the bulletin.
Factory Kalasatama TROOLI, also located in Helsinki’s Kalasatama, took second place in the voting. Mimosa Aito, located in Kouvola, received the third most votes in the competition.
Last year, the competition was won by JJ’s BBQ located in Salo, which last summer also won the title of the best burger restaurant in Finland in the competition organized by Burger Lovers Finland.
Voting for the Suomen Paras Lounas competition is open, which means that you can vote for any restaurant. Restaurants therefore do not register for the competition, but can market the vote to their own customers.
Almost 60,000 votes were cast this year. The 50 restaurants with the most votes can be found From Edenred’s website. Edenred is a provider of employment benefits.
