Sky is one of the major streaming providers on the market. Since June 2022, the former Sky ticket offer has been called Wow. As part of the rebranding, the entertainment package became Wow series, and the film package can be booked as part of the WOW Films & Series tariff. New series on Sky Q and Wow in October
In October we can still look forward to new episodes of the “Game of Thrones” spin-off, “House of the Dragon”. The season finale airs on October 24th. The series shows a different part of the history of Westeros and sheds more light on the house of the Targaryens with their dragons. Another series highlight in October is the 4th season of “Babylon Berlin”. At the end of October, the sequel to the acclaimed series “The White Lotus” will also be coming to Sky and Wow, which also won this year’s Emmys.
House of the Dragon (Season 1) – starting August 23
In August, the long-awaited spin-off of “Game of Thrones” – one of the most successful series of all time. The Targaryens take center stage in House of the Dragon. Because before the fight for the throne of Westeros, the family ruled over the continent with their dragons. When Rhaenyra Targaryen, the king’s firstborn daughter, becomes the first woman to claim the throne, war ensues.

Babylon Berlin (Season 4) – from October 8th
The 4th season of the crime series is based on the novel “Goldstein” by Volker Kutscher; we are now in the 1930s. As rising SA troops spread fear on the streets, the economic crisis deepened dramatically. At the same time, Gereon (Volker Bruch) and Charlotte (Liv Lisa Fries) are investigating their own cases.
Gangs of London (Season 2) – from October 20th
The rather unknown but highly recommended series tells the story of rival gangs and gangs in London. When the boss of one of the most successful gangster families dies, a war breaks out for his successor.
The White Lotus (Season 2) – from October 31st
Due to the enormous success, a second season of the production “The White Lotus”, which was actually only conceived as a mini-series, will be released in October. Then it’s time: New hotel, new guests and new drama!
New films on Sky Q and Wow in October
Sky’s film selection for August and September includes a number of highlights. Among others, Lady Gaga and Adam Driver as well as Jared Leto shine in “House of Gucci”. At the beginning of September, the new Batman film starring Robert Pattinson will be released straight from the cinemas. Also, after an 11-year hiatus, Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O and Co. are reuniting for what will probably be their final time on the movie Jackass Forever.
Confessions of the Conman Felix Krull – from October 1st

Belfast – from October 24th
