AMSTERDAM – Archaeologists use the most modern techniques to capture the contours of a forgotten castle that was built in the 13th century in Weesp: Huis ten Bosch, with the same name as the famous Hague fortress. Eventually a 3D model of the terrain with the remains of the castle will be produced. The environment is not affected further. “With equipment and a drone, we can see right through the soil.”
