Only today do the Flemish budget talks get off the ground, and yet coalition partners Open Vld and N-VA were already publicly bickering about the money. Another point for discussion: will the government present an energy package this week or will Jan Jambon (N-VA) only present a global plan to the Flemish parliament within two weeks?
