Conflict between the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) and the Professional Women’s Football League (LPFF)

The arbitration establishment has confirmed that a press conference will be held this Monday

The first day of the F League, which was supposed to start this Saturday at 12:00 with the dispute between Atlético de Madrid-Real Sociedad and Alhama CF-Madrid CF, as expected by the referee’s statement on the night of Friday announcing an indefinite strike, it has not been launched, so all weekend games will be postponed.

This event is another episode of the conflict between the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) and the Professional Women’s Football League (LPFF), and was born due to the demand of the arbitration group to improve their working conditions.

Following a statement published by the LPFF, the clubs were urged to go to the playing fields despite learning late this Friday that the referees were not going to travel to the venues of the matches.

The arbitration establishment has confirmed that a press conference will be held this Monday to report on the status of the negotiations between the RFEF, the LPFF, the CSD and the referees and assistants.
