The police arrested a suspect last night for the armed robbery in the city center of Hoogeveen.
There, just before closing time, The Athlete’s Foot was robbed, in which a man with a weapon threatened the staff. He made off with an unknown amount of money.
The police then searched for the suspect with a police helicopter. He was arrested later that evening.
