Energy Minister Rob Jetten (D66) already said it before the summer holidays “crux” to avoid disaster this winter is to save gas, and nothing else. After this weekend, the question is how long the cabinet will continue to rely on the voluntary willingness of citizens and businesses, and when it will proceed to (more) compelling measures.
