Suspected deadly stabbing Canada found dead

One of two men suspected of stabbing in Canada has been found dead. During a press conference, Assistant Commissioner Rhonda Blackmore said the man’s body lay “outside on a lawn near a house under investigation” by authorities, with “visible injuries”. The other suspect is still on the run, police said.

The stabbing incidents that happened on Sunday in rural villages in the province of Saskatchewan killed 10 people and injured at least 19 others, police said on Monday.

Police previously said some of the victims appeared to be targeted in the attacks, while others were allegedly chosen at random. The attacks took place at James Smith Cree Nation and Weldon. Police say they are investigating 13 crime scenes. She identified the two suspects and released their names and photos. They would have fled in a black Nissan Rogue and are 30 and 31 years old.
