ORevery family hides something. In this of Just a look, French miniseries in air tonight on Channel 5 (9.20 pm), the husband keeps secrets, lies and entanglements concerning previous lives that suddenly come to the surface, shaking everyone’s balance. A wife out of love is willing to do anything. But is love enough to overcome lies? The tv adaptation is inspired by Identity in the darkbestseller by Harlan Coben, script supervisor; two episodes (lthe next and last airs on Wednesday 7 September), each is made up of three episodes.
Just a look: the plot
The protagonist is Eva Beaufils (Virginie Ledoyen), guard of the National Forestry Office, happily married to Bastien (Thierry Neuvic), with whom he has two children Max (Jean-Baptiste Blanc) And Salome (Joséphine Hélin). All is well until she finds an old photo in which she recognizes her husband much younger than her. “Is this you?” She asks. But he unexpectedly denies in dry fashion to be in the photo and says he doesn’t know the other people who are with him.
It is the beginning of a drama: Bastien then takes the children to see a concert, waiting for that Eva join them the next day.
