Wallu Valpio enjoys Fiskars in the summer and the Mediterranean breeze in the winter.
Wallu Valpio, who has had a colorful career in the media, competes again in the Survivor Suomi competition. Valpio last challenged himself in his favorite reality show in 2018.
Otherwise, calmer, soon-to-be-Mediterranean winds are blowing in Valpio’s life.
– I have been the Paavo Väyrynen of the media world, Valpio describes his long career in the media.
– Maybe I will become the Pentti Linkola of the media world, that is, I will retreat to Fiskars from the hustle and bustle of Helsinki. I spend summers there with my dear girlfriend. When the first autumn rains come, in October I will go to the shores of the Mediterranean Sea in the corners of Alanya, Valpio says.
He will enjoy himself abroad until the May holiday.
– Since the costs have dropped significantly, I have also been able to say no to certain tasks. It is very good for the soul as well as the body. When there are interesting proggiks, you can call me. I don’t go to the crappy world of the media anymore, says Valpio.
Valpio means “O-grade reality” in these handy jobs.
Valpio opens up about what his income consists of.
– I spin a couple of clubs. I have had a Helatorstai club since 2007, which is in Villissa Wäinö, and I have another club in Fiskars. Twice a week I hear live music, there’s no need to go to festivals much, says Valpio.
