Dedicated to the famous Bolognese composer the Alessandro Stradella Baroque Festival of Viterbo offers a series of important concerts in some of the most fascinating locations in the province. Like the famous Renaissance residence of the Farnese family who – on August 31 – hosts in the courtyard Moro for loveStradella’s last opera performed by the Mare Nostrum Ensemble directed by Andrea De Carlo.

September Music in Portogruaro
The program is full of important guests Portogruaro International Music Festival (Venice). Like the Filarmonica della Scala conducted by Robert Trevino and the violinist Julian Rachlin (September 2) and the recital by pianist Boris Petrushansky to music by Skrjabin and Rachmaninov (Il 4).
There is no shortage of master classesmoments dedicated to young concert performers and the evening with the saxophonist Federico Mondelci and the Italian Saxophone Quartet (above) with melodies from Bach to Moricone.
