AMSTERDAM – Energy company Eneco lowers the fee for the return of electricity. Instead of a few dimes per kilowatt hour (kWh), households that generate a lot of electricity via solar panels only receive 9 cents. Other energy companies have reported paying more for power that comes back from solar panels.
