In Berlin, a police officer shot a man on Tuesday morning, seriously injuring him.
According to the police, the incident happened around 8 a.m. on the corner of Kissingenstrasse and Prenzlauer Promenade in Pankow. According to BZ information, the man is said to have been hit in the leg. He came to the hospital.
It is still unclear why the police shot the man. According to witnesses, there was blood on the sidewalk in front of the house.
Police shields and tear gas sprayers lay on the floor. The police cordoned off the area extensively.
