Isiah (17) gets stuck in wood chipper and dies | Abroad

The student from North Whitehall Township was working with a friend at a construction company during the summer break. The team had to remove ten trees on a site when things went horribly wrong.

Police arrived at the scene shortly after 1.30pm. The seriously injured Bedocs was transported by helicopter to hospital in critical condition, but was pronounced dead at 2:55 pm.

Coroner Daniel A. Buglio confirmed Wednesday morning that the teen’s death is considered an accident. But the police are investigating how the tragedy could have happened.

“Isiah was a happy teenager who went to work and unfortunately didn’t come home after a tragic accident.” With these touching words, a friend of the Bedocs family said goodbye to Isiah. Through an action on GoFundMe Christine Castro hopes to raise money for his funeral.
