The Limburg libraries had 8,362 fewer members last year than in 2020. Especially youth members have canceled their membership at the library. In 2019, most Limburgers canceled their subscription. Membership then fell by more than 10 percent. In the corona year 2020 there was also a decrease, when there was a decrease of 2.1 percent. Among the youth members, the number of members remained virtually the same that year.
