In the TFF 2nd League, the play-off competitions within the group will be played over three rounds. At the end of three rounds, one team from each group will advance to the play-off finals.
Teams ranked 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th in each group will participate in the play-off stage of the TFF 2nd League. Teams that finished the regular season in 2nd place will advance directly to the 3rd round. In the 1st round competitions, the 3rd and 6th teams in both groups, and the 4th and 5th teams will meet according to the single-match elimination method. The matches will be played on the grounds of the 3rd and 4th teams. The winning teams will advance to the second round. The 2nd round will be held according to the double elimination method and the first matches will be played in the field of the teams that are lower in the ranking. The teams that win the 2nd round competitions will be the rivals of the teams that come second in the league in the 3rd round. The 3rd round matches will be played according to the double elimination method and the first matches will be played in the field of the teams from the 2nd round. 1 team in each group, which advances to the third round after the 3rd round matches, will be entitled to play the final match, which will be played on the neutral ground according to the single-match elimination method. The team that wins the final match will be the third team to be promoted to the Spor Toto 1st League.
