The first grain ship to leave Ukraine after the deal signed by Kiev and Moscow on July 22 is waiting in the Mediterranean for a new consignee after the Lebanese buyer refused the shipment of maize. The order had arrived with a five-month delay because no ships had been able to leave since the start of the war in Ukraine.
