Blueberry pie is certainly one of the easiest blueberry pastries.
– But the ease is confusing, states the food journalist Mari Moilanen Something tasty in his blog.
According to Moilanen, blueberry pie tastes exactly the same as blueberry pie.
– Usually, I always bake a blueberry pie with bun dough first. Then I make the shortbread and next in line is the blueberry pie. I cook most of the time because of its ease, says Moilanen.
The combination of blueberry, vanilla and oats mixes wonderfully in the baking. In addition, dark sugars give it a caramel taste.
– Absolutely tongue-in-cheek.
