How were your beginnings in the field of perfumery?

I came to the universe of perfumes almost by chance and from the first day of work I knew that it was a path of no return, since I found myself in a world of magic and fantasy that I am passionate about. I started working in the industry in 1987 at Quest International and then moved to Givaudan, a world leading perfume and flavor creator. I studied and carried out my training in Kent, England and surrounded by a team of perfumers, evaluators, commercials and technicians, I learned everything related to the world of perfumes.

Perfumery companies have perfumers who develop perfume formulas, both for consumer companies and for major fashion designers, such as Christian Dior, Prada, Paco Rabanne, Emporio Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, Carolina Herrera , among others. The essences used in my perfumes are the product of the development of these international perfumers.

How did Love and Senses come about?

It was not an easy decision, but after so many years of working in a multinational, I felt the need to create something of my own, to use all the personal resources I had to create my own line of perfumes. He had the knowledge to be able to do it and he needed a new challenge. I had started painting 3 or 4 years ago, so I analyzed that it would be a good idea to merge the art of painting with the art of perfumery and bring it to the packaging of products. This is how Love and Senses was born in mid-2018, with the Art Collection line, Eau de Parfums.

What products or services do they provide?

As for the products, we have a line of Eau de Parfums, 6 for women and 4 for men. At the same time, we have a complete line of products to perfume the home: textile and room fragrances, diffusers and liquid soaps. All our products contain essences of international fine perfumery. In addition, personally, I am dedicated to advising companies in the industry, developing perfumes for other brands and conducting perfumery training for companies, as well as for perfume-loving consumers.

What are your challenges for the coming years?

We have a long way to go. Ours is a very dynamic and competitive market in which innovation is essential to be current. We are going to continue working to make our brand known and to continue developing excellent quality products that our consumers fall in love with and that are sustainable over time, all of this considering something key, which is caring for the environment.
