A high jumper Ella Junnila told about the inappropriate feedback he received in a video published on Yle Urheilu’s Instagram, which concerned his partner Mikko Rummukaist.
The drummer also works as Junnila’s coach. Junnila, 23, read aloud the message she received, which concerned Rummukai.
– Say goodbye to that boyfriend, I flew to Nevada. If he is in the coaching team, the result will not be produced. And my maximum result was in Kuortane.
According to Junnila, the same person later returned to the topic again in a mean tone.
– As I said above: say goodbye to that boyfriend from the coaching duties, and then you can manage. That’s my level and you can’t rise from it.

Junnila also said in the video that criticism directed at her loved ones feels much worse than feedback about her own performance.
Junnila competed in the World Championships in Eugene last weekend, but was eliminated from the height final with a score of 186.
