FOIX – Everyone in the arrival place Foix had a lump in their throats when Hugo Houle pointed his finger at the sky. Then took out his necklace and kissed, to declare that this victory was for his brother Pierrick who died tragically ten years ago. “He went for a run and never came back. When I found him and saw the blood running from his ear and head, I knew he was dead,” said the Canadian after the sixteenth stage, overcome with emotion.
