– It was definitely the wildest special test of my life on gravel. Pretty fast road and all the grooves full of water. Terrible water slides all the time, and you can’t see anything when the wipers aren’t fast enough. There were bumps in every other corner. Probably 75 times the car was out of control, Lappi sighed after the race.
– That’s how we got through it, even though there were more situations than the law allows. I would argue that it was a tough bet under those circumstances. During the weekend, we saw that the conditions have a lot of influence and it depends on where you get caught.

– The same situation is also in Jyväskylä. Unfortunately, we can’t ride there just for ourselves, but we still want to ride hard. This is a team game and that must be kept in mind, Lappi summed up.
– Before Jyväskylä, we will drive asphalt tests in Belgium this week. After that, it’s already the Jyväskylä tests. I’m going into that race with good feelings. On Sunday, my driving was good anyway and the car felt good. This is a good start to the home race, the Finnish driver, who recorded two bottom times in Sunday’s special tests, continued.
The Finnish World Cup rally will be gassed around Jyväskylä on the 4th-7th. August.
